This policy explains what the INC Staff mobile application
(com.inc.inc_staff) collects, why it collects it, and how it is handled.
INC Staff is an internal application for INC Technologies employees. Accounts are
created by an administrator; the app has no public sign-up and cannot be used
without a company account.

INC Staff does not access your location, camera, microphone, photos, contacts, calendar, or files. It contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.
Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or any other purpose. It is used solely to operate this application for INC Technologies.
Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which processes only the device token needed to route a message. Email is delivered through SendGrid. These providers process data on our behalf and do not use it for their own purposes.
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS; the app does not permit unencrypted connections. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing and are never readable by us or visible in the app.
Work records are retained for as long as required for INC Technologies business and record-keeping purposes. Your notification token is deleted when you sign out or uninstall the app.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Because accounts are administrator-provisioned, please contact us using the address below and we will action your request.
